The Planning Department is hosting a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed 84 Stonley Road project located in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application (SPRA) that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the Public.
The project proposes construction of a 5-story building with 28 rental units (5 of which will be affordable). The building will fill the lot along Stonley Road and Stedman Street, defining the existing street wall and creating a gateway between the two streets. The building is within walking distance of both MBTA Orange Line Forest Hills and Green Street stations, as well as MBTA bus routes along Washington Street. The project proposes no parking.
